Plugins available on Connect

Two plugins are supported by Thermo Fisher Scientific and are available on Connect at https://apps.thermofisher.com/apps/publiclib/#/plugins. These plugins are not preinstalled in the Torrent Suite™ Software. For details about plugins that are included with the software, see Preinstalled plugins.

RNASeqAnalysis plugin

Analyzes cDNA reads. This plugin is an RNA transcript alignment and analysis tool for use with the reference genomes hg19 and mm10.

smallRNA plugin

Analyzes small RNA reads with an emphasize on microRNA molecules. Use with reference genome hg19 only.
