PGxAnalysis plugin

The PGxAnalysis plugin analyzes sequencing output from the Ion AmpliSeq™ Pharmacogenomics panel, a hotspot panel that interrogates pharmacogenomically relevant variants in samples for genotyping and CYP2D6 copy number detection for research use. It requires two other Torrent Suite™ Software plugins: the variantCaller plugin for genotyping and coverageAnalysis plugin for CYP2D6 copy number detection.
