Do not delete the data from the Ion PGM™ or Ion Proton™ Sequencer until you are confident that the data are present on the Ion Torrent™ Server, the analysis is successful, and the Analysis Report has been generated successfully.
Verify that all files successfully transferred from the Ion PGM™ and Ion Proton™ Sequencers to the Ion Torrent™ Server.
(Optional) Manually transfer files by going to Data Management > Re-transfer, then select an option for any of the runs in question. You can then safely transfer data again.
